Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost is calculated upon check out and price is determined by the weight of your item and the region it is being delivered to. This applies to both domestic & international orders. Some countries may have an additional customs fee in which the buyer is responsible for.

 How long does it take to receive my package?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse*

Standard Delivery Time:

Australia & New Zealand – 3 – 7 Business Days

International – 5-10 Business days

* We aim to have your order dispatched between 2-3 business days.

 Express Delivery Time:

Australia – Next day delivery guaranteed with Australia Post when ordered before 11am.

If ordered after 11am your order will be dispatched for next day delivery the following business day.

(Express post service is currently suspended due to COVID-19 disruptions)

Do you ship outside Australia?

The Hijab Outlet ships WORLDWIDE. Please note some international orders may require customs and tax duty fees as per the country regulations. Please check your country regulations with customs tax and duty before processing your order to avoid any unexpected delays & costs. The Hijab Outlet does not cover the cost of customs tax and duty or any additional costs.

If you experience any difficulty processing an international order please email us on sales@thehijaboutlet.com and we will be sure to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

You will be notified via email and/or text once your order has been dispatched, and this will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number.

 

Return Policy

Can I return/exchange my order?

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented & returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Hijabs and caps MUST be in original packaging and UNOPENED in order for a refund or exchange to be processed. We will NOT return/exchange an item if packaging seal has been opened.

Scrunchies, magnets, pins, pin cases and all accessories can not be returned or exchanged.

How & where do I return my item?

When will I need to return my items?

Your item will need to be returned with in 7 days of receiving your package.

Do I have to pay for postage if I am returning or exchanging an item?

If you are returning a damaged or faulty item, The Hijab Outlet will issue you with a shipping label in which we cover the cost of postage.

If you are returning or exchanging an item for any other reason customer must cover postage costs. 

If my order is eligible for a refund, is the cost of shipping refunded as well?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of postage on any orders unless items supplied are damaged or faulty.
